Denver Public Schools Foundationwww.dpsfoundation.org
DPS Foundation raises funds for key initiatives designed to improve the academic achievement of students in Denver Public Schools in accordance with the three overall goals set forth in The Denver Plan - the district’s roadmap for strategic reform. These three goals include: 1) creating a highly-skilled faculty, 2) developing highly-trained principals and assistant principals, and 3) providing safe and enriching environments in every classroom.
We work closely with DPS leadership to ensure that these goals are met by securing the support needed to undertake high-value initiatives on behalf of DPS students.
Through top-notch professional development for principals, enhanced teacher training, improved curriculum, and quality of instruction, student enrichment programs, and community partnerships, we are working with our community to reshape Denver Public Schools into the leading big city school district in the country.
